Fabric & Steel makes artisan-crafted textiles. Our fabrics are designed in Brooklyn, woven in Europe, and hand screen printed in New England. We create textiles that are thoughtfully designed and meticulously executed -not a product to be consumed and tossed - but something to be cherished and kept.

Ian Mankin is committed to producing fabrics of the highest possible quality, from 100% natural and organic fibers in timeless and elegant designs at their own weaving mill in Burnley, Lancashire. They produce beautiful interior fabrics designed and woven in the UK.
Imogen Heath
Imogen Heath is a British designer committed to celebrating pattern, color and beautifully crafted textiles for interiors. Heath’s approach to design is instinctive and honest. She adopts a curious and experimental approach to her craft, drawing inspiration both from her delight of the outdoors - in nature and in architecture - and also from the creative process itself.
Kettlewell Collection
With over 20 years of experience creating high-end textiles, Kettlewell Collection was established by Allison Kettlewell in order to bring her personal design aesthetic to life. Her fabrics are heavily influenced by unique and treasured items collected during her travels around the world and by a genuine appreciation for time-honored textile techniques.
Lewis & Wood
Lewis & Wood designs have been described as bold, gentle, sophisticated, eccentric, traditional and innovative. Uniting them all is a sense of individuality, a quality that speaks of the carefully-crafted as opposed to the mass-produced. If there is one secret to the success of Lewis & Wood, perhaps it’s this - they only produce things they love.
Raoul Textiles
The collection is hand-printed on the finest Belgian linen; every step of the process is still done by hand in their factory, from the earliest sketches to the original ink recipes and hand-built screens. Raoul Textiles also designs a custom collection of fine woven fabric from Belgium, Scotland and France. Designers and their clients love the line for its bold color and scale, diverse inspiration and old-world craftsmanship.
Sabina Fay Braxton
Sabina Fay Braxton, known for her exuberant extrapolations of ancient hand-printed textile techniques, has been creating fabrics for renowned couturiers, interior designers, and an array of discriminating private clients for over a decade. Memories, images and experiences weave through Braxton’s multi-dimensional fabrics, where encrustations of precious metals, dustings of metallic powders, and washes of delicate inks combine in an alchemy that has become her trademark.
Sien + Co
Sien + Co is a textile design studio known for its expertise in creating beautiful textiles through handwoven methods, utilizing natural dyes and fibers such as, wool, alpaca, and cotton sourced from the rich landscapes of Peru and Argentina. In line with their dedication to sustainability, Sien + Co produces high-quality recycled performance fabrics and products handcrafted from Sunbrella yarns, tailored to meet the needs of both high-end residential and commercial projects.
